From June 2011, The Pearl Residences will be available for Long and Short Term Rental.

Long Term rental rates will be starting at 40,000 Pesos per month for a Studio Unit + Electricity and Water. The units will be fully furnished with Flatscreen TV and utensils,

The compound has 24 hour security, and also benefits from the existing hotel security. Residents can avail of Hotel Room Service, Laundry Service, Hotel Bar and Restaurant, Spa and Salon, Swimming Pool, and beachfront Cabanas on the best piece of beach on Boracay Island.
The Pearl Residences will have an onsite maintenance man, gardeners and bell boy to take care of residents.
